Sophia serves as a Human Resources (HR)/Operations Specialist at Greenspring Advisors, where she works behind the scenes to ensure that new team members have a successful start with the firm. She strives to enhance the overall onboarding experience and collaborate with the Accounting & Office Manager to process payroll. Sophia finds joy in helping others and drives operational success through intentional communication and strategic decision-making.

Prior to joining Greenspring, Sophia had three years of experience in Human Resources. Her previous roles were focused on policy and labor law compliance, employee onboarding and job changes, payroll operations, and campus training. Before she worked in HR, Sophia was a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing therapy to clients with autism spectrum disorder in clinic and home settings.
