Favorite Thing About Working With Clients

“One of the most rewarding parts of my work is getting to meet and collaborate with so many interesting people. Every client has a unique story, a set of challenges, and a vision for their organization—and I find deep purpose in helping them bring that vision to life.”

My Philosophy On Client Service

“My philosophy is simple: be available, be proactive, and be real. Ultimately, I believe our clients should feel like we’re an extension of their team. That means being responsive, dependable, and truly invested in their success—not just during big moments, but in the everyday decisions that build trust over time.”

What I Love About Greenspring

"What I love most about Greenspring is the people—both the team I get to work alongside every day and the clients we have the privilege of serving. There’s a deep sense of purpose that runs through everything we do, and it’s something I’ve felt since day one. I’m especially proud of our commitment to giving back. It’s about rolling up our sleeves and showing up in ways that matter. At the end of the day, I love being part of a firm that’s about more than just business. We’re building something lasting—for our clients, our team, and our community."
