Laura serves as Greenspring’s Director of People Operations and collaborates across all departments to ensure the company’s talent strategy effectively supports business strategy and focuses on building and promoting a positive culture of performance and results, while managing cultural and organizational nuances. Perceptive, with a keen understanding of things unspoken, Laura is a natural bridge-builder and confidant who invests in employees, ensuring team members are heard, valued and appreciated.
In her prior roles at Greenspring, Laura lead the firm’s Client Service and Operations teams for 11 years, running the day-to-day operations of the firm. Her experience in managing, leading, coaching, mentoring, and operations was honed during her nearly six years at T. Rowe Price Investments, working in both the Retail Service and Sales departments of the organization.
