Favorite Thing About Working With Clients

“It is a wonderful feeling to know that when we make recommendations to our plan sponsor clients about plan design, fees, investments, wellness programs, and employee advice solutions, we are making a positive impact on the financial success of thousands of people.”

My Philosophy On Client Service

“We are in the service business and I have always used the expression, ‘ask the next question’ to truly understand the client’s challenge or problem. Never settle for let’s just get it fixed. When a client has an issue it is our responsibility to do three things: 1) fix the problem, 2) determine the reason for the error and 3) implement procedures the ensure it does not happen again.”
