Favorite Thing About Working With Clients
“Coming from a lower-middle-class background, I truly enjoy providing education and coaching to employees that do not understand the best ways to utilize their company-sponsored retirement plan.”
My Philosophy On Client Service
“We are in the service business and I have always used the expression, ‘ask the next question’ to truly understand the issue/problem. Never settle for let’s just get it fixed. When a client has an issue it is our responsibility to do three things: 1) fix the problem, 2) determine the reason for the error and 3) implement procedures the ensure it does not happen again.”
