Favorite Thing About Working With Clients

“It is a wonderful feeling to know that when we make recommendations to our plan sponsor clients about plan design, fees, investments, wellness programs, and employee advice solutions, we are making a positive impact on the financial success of thousands of people.”

My Philosophy On Client Service

“We are in the service business, and I have always used the expression ‘ask the next question’ to understand the client’s challenge or problem. Never settle for ‘let’s just get it fixed’. When a client has an issue it is our responsibility to do three things: 1) fix the problem, 2) determine the reason for the error and 3) implement procedures to ensure it does not happen again.”

The 2024 PLANADVISER Top Retirement Plan Advisers recognition recognizes the top retirement plan advisers in the industry based on quantitative measures from the year prior. To be listed, advisers had to have a minimum requirement of 50 plan clients or retirement plan assets under advisement of $400 million or more. After meeting the minimum plan or asset count, advisers are also highlighted if they meet the following categories: meaning, 91% – 100% of clients that are 401(k) plan sponsors, or 10 or more 403(b), 457, nonqualified, DB, cash balance, SEP, SIMPLE or MEP/PEP plan clients. As this recognition is based solely on quantitative figures, there is no judging or subjective measurement, and it is not indicative of any adviser’s future performance. Neither advisory firms nor their employees pay a fee in exchange for this recognition. Third party rankings and recognitions are no guarantee of future investment outcomes and do not ensure a client or prospective client will experience a higher level of performance results. Greenspring Advisors has a reasonable basis for believing that any questionnaire or survey used in the preparation of these third-party ratings are structured to make it equally easy for a participant to provide favorable and unfavorable responses and are not designed or prepared to produce any predetermined result.
