Experience & Expertise

Aja serves as an Administrative Associate and is the primary point of contact in the Towson office. She enjoys making a memorable first impression and building rapport. Aja’s long-term career in the hospitality industry has taught her the value of making people feel welcome, active listening, and communicating effectively. She takes pride in anticipating needs, staying organized, and doing her part to ensure the office runs smoothly for everyone who walks through our doors.

Before joining Greenspring, Aja spent many years as an Executive Pastry Chef. Though she has since pivoted from the kitchen to financial services, she still loves baking for family and friends whenever she has the chance.
