Greenspring Advisors Named The Third Best Company to Work for in Maryland by The Daily Record
Towson, MD – September 6th, 2024– Greenspring Advisors is pleased to announce it has been ranked third in The Daily Record’s Best Companies to Work for in Maryland ranking.
This marks the second year that Greenspring Advisors has been named a Best Company to Work for in Maryland, up from eighth last year. “This recognition highlights our dedication to building a positive and innovative work environment where employees feel a sense of purpose, belonging and security,” said Laura Stoner, Director of People Operations. “We are deeply grateful to our team, whose passion and commitment to living out our Core Purpose, has been pivotal in achieving this honor for a second year in a row.”
Best Companies to Work for in Maryland identifies, recognizes and honors the best places of employment in the state. It is a research-driven program from Best Companies Group that examines a company’s practices, programs and benefits, and surveys employees for their perspectives.
To be considered, companies must be a publicly or privately held business; be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity; have a facility in the state of Maryland; have at least 15 full- or part-time employees working in Maryland; and be in business a minimum of one year.
Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process and also analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
There were two parts used to determine the rankings. The first consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics, worth approximately 25 percent of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience, which consisted of 75 percent of the total. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
