Favorite Thing About Working With Clients

“I am most passionate about learning a clients company culture/participant needs and then developing a plan structure and oversight process that best fits their needs and drives outcomes.”

My Philosophy on Client Service

“I view every client relationship as a partnership. My team and I always listen before we talk so we can learn about our clients vision for the future. We work to make the complex simple and understand that rolling up our sleeves and playing quarterback is the most effective way to become a team with our client. At the end of the day, the clients success is our success.”

What I love About Greenspring

“I love two things about Greenspring. First, the opportunity to work along side our team who are continually demonstrating their commitment to client service and always embodying the “can do” attitude. Second, partnering with institutional clients who all have their own unique story and challenges that we get to work through together.”
