Monyai is a dedicated professional with a strong academic background and a commitment to exceptional client service. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Stevenson University, a Master’s in Criminal Justice from Coppin State University, and a Master’s degree in Forensic Science with a focus on High Technology Crime from the University of Baltimore. Before joining Greenspring, she worked for the state of Maryland in various roles, providing superior customer service to residents. As the Senior Client Service Specialist for the Institutional Client Group, Monyai leads the Client Service team in supporting plan sponsors, recordkeepers, and other key partners. She works closely with each client’s Relationship Manager and Advisor to ensure a smooth, responsive service experience. She earned the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist℠ designation by completing a comprehensive course of study that encompasses the design, installation, maintenance, and administration of retirement plans. Monyai takes pride in delivering timely, accurate support and building strong relationships with clients and their employees.
