Experience & Expertise

As a Partner & Senior Financial Advisor, she focuses on creating customized, holistic
financial plans and investment management strategies. Katharine is constantly looking
for new learning opportunities and ideas that might better her clients’ financial lives.
While she helps clients with all aspects of their financial plans, including investments,
retirement planning, tax planning, insurance planning, and detailed cash flow
projections, Katharine has additional expertise in estate planning.
Katharine holds two designations; she is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®
professional, and an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®). Katharine is also a member of
the Estate Planning Council of New York City.

Katharine contributes to initiatives driven by our core purpose: to help each person live
their ideal life. Katharine has been featured in numerous Yahoo! Finance videos and
authored an article in InvestmentNews. Since 2018, Katharine has volunteered as an
instructor and mentor with Rock the Street, Wall Street, a nonprofit organization that
builds programs designed to inspire and equip high school girls with the skills to
succeed financially or pursue a career in finance.

Before her time at Greenspring, Katharine’s passion for problem-solving and personal
finance led her to graduate from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in finance, certified financial
planning track. After growing up and going to school in Virginia, she was eager to move
and start her career in New York City. Katharine now resides in the Manhattan borough
of New York City. Outside the office, she enjoys stand-up comedy shows, watching
sports, and exploring the many different restaurants throughout the city.
