Jacob is a graduate of Towson University, where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with two Concentrations: Personal Finance and Investing. While going to school, Jacob learned client service skills through his job as a Building Manager at Towson University. Also through Towson, Jacob was able to obtain an internship at Greenspring Advisors, where he worked with both the Private Wealth and the Institutional practices.
Jacob is an organized and detailed individual with customer service experience whose passion has always been centered around helping others. He is always up for a new challenge and his innate curiosity drives him towards learning new things every day. Jacob felt his internship with Greenspring Advisors was a way to learn more about not only the finance industry but also client service, and operations within the firm. With skills such as writing, customer service, flexibility, and problem-solving, Jacob is excited to get to work with the Institutional team as their Client Service Specialist.
