Favorite Thing About Working With Clients
“It is a wonderful feeling to know that when we make recommendations to our plan sponsor clients about plan design, fees, investments, wellness programs, and employee advice solutions, we are making a positive impact on the financial success of thousands of people.”
My Philosophy On Client Service
“We are in the service business, and I have always used the expression ‘ask the next question’ to understand a client’s challenge or problem. Never settle for ‘let’s just get it fixed.’ When a client has an issue, it is our responsibility to do three things: 1) fix the problem, 2) determine the reason for the error, and 3) implement procedures to ensure it does not happen again.”
