Rebecca is the Director of Operations at Greenspring, where she oversees various business operations, including payroll, benefits, technology, and financial matters. She acts in the best interests of clients, the firm, and employees by balancing diplomacy, confidentiality, and strict adherence to regulatory requirements. Rebecca plays a crucial role in setting and maintaining high standards for the firm and nurturing a culture of innovation, teamwork, and collaboration.

With over 10 years of experience in finance and operations, Rebecca has successfully developed and managed multi-million-dollar initiatives aimed at increasing profits and reducing costs across various industries, including law firms in Harrisburg, PA, Towson, MD, and Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

In addition to her leadership role, Rebecca brings extensive expertise in handling day-to-day operations, which includes accounting, data research, client relations, budgeting, compliance, human resources, and IT management responsibilities.
