Rebecca serves as Greenspring’s Director of Operations and is responsible for overseeing the business operations, including payroll, benefits, technology and financials, acting in the best interest of clients, the firm, and employees through a balance of diplomacy, confidentiality, and strict adherence to regulatory requirements. Rebecca is critical to setting and maintaining high standards for the firm and for fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and collaboration.

Rebecca Davis brings over 10 years of experience in finance and operations; developing and managing multi-million dollar profit increase and cost-saving initiatives across a broad range of industries, including law firms in Harrisburg, Towson, MD, and Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

But that’s not all, Rebecca also has extensive expertise in handling day-to-day operations like accounting, data research, client relations, budget, compliance, human resources, and IT management responsibilities.

Oh, and did we mention she’s fluent in Spanish?
