Piper is a Client Service Specialist in the firm’s Private Client Group. Prior to joining Greenspring, she spent 7 years at Jacob William Advisory, a local Registered Investment Advisory Firm, first as Director of Client Relations and then Director of Client Services and Operations. Piper supports our private client advisors and works directly with clients to manage their account needs. She handles everything from new client onboarding to the management of cash flow needs to quarterly reporting and client requests.

“No matter what, the client is always right. I believe that in this industry, it is important to treat clients with respect and not to place blame on them. Just because they are frustrated or angry about a situation, does not mean it gives me the right to treat them in the same manner. I will always assist a client as calmly and collectively as possible, letting them know we will make sure to take care of the situation (whatever that may be).”
