Lauren is an Administrative Associate with the firm’s Private Client Group. Before entering the financial sector, she spent 14 years at the American Automobile Association (AAA), where she managed 11 Travel Stores for seven years. This diverse experience in member services helped her grow in various ways, ultimately enabling her to excel in her new industry.

In her current role, Lauren assists the entire team with daily tasks and special projects. She is dedicated to ensuring that clients have an exceptional experience from start to finish, whether in person, over the phone, or via email. Lauren collaborates closely with financial advisors to prepare for meetings and provide follow-up support. She is also part of the Operations Team, where she helps ensure that everything runs smoothly in the Lancaster office.
