Favorite Thing About Working With Clients

“My current role is not primarily client-facing, but client service is no less important. Ensuring that trades are executed correctly is vital for the client experience, as they trust the firm with their financial future. It is essential to get it right.”

My Philosophy On Client Service

“It’s often said that you should treat people how you want to be treated, but this is missing a component. The best companies treat people how they want to be treated, plain and simple. By gaining a better understanding of clients and what they value, any firm can enhance the experience by cultivating relationships and helping clients navigate complex issues.”

What I Love About Greenspring

"The culture at this firm is second to none. Everyone works hard and is a master at what they do, but there isn't a single person here who wouldn't stop what they were doing to ensure that everyone is well supported and satisfied. From the moment I walked through the door, I could tell that this place was special and truly cares about people as individuals instead of cogs in a quarterly earnings report."

How We Can Achieve 100% “Strongly Agree”!

In a world where bad news seems to overwhelm us, I have some good news to report! The Charles Schwab Women Investors Survey 2025 revealed that 90% of the surveyed women felt they were on track to achieve their financial goals. Considering the many hurdles women face professionally (pay inequality, career pauses for caregiving) and financially (limited financial role models, student debt), this is remarkable progress!
