Greenspring Advisors Named Inclusive Workplace by Best Companies Group and COLOR Magazine
Towson, MD – November 1, 2024– Greenspring Advisors is pleased to announce it has been named a July 2024 Inclusive Workplace Honoree by the Best Companies Group and COLOR Magazine.
The Best Companies Group Inclusive Workplaces program is an annual listing of companies that stand out in their efforts to create and maintain an inclusive company culture. To be recognized, companies must meet Best Companies’ high threshold for inclusion based on internal survey ratings. This acknowledgment is not a ranking or competition but a celebration of organizations that surpass our data-driven benchmarks to promote inclusivity.
The program, initiated in late spring, assesses participating companies through comprehensive surveys and data analysis. Areas of evaluation include inclusion, belonging, psychological safety, community, and purpose. “This program highlights the real strides companies are making in cultivating inclusive cultures that help all employees feel valued and engaged,” said Jaime Raul Zepeda, Executive Vice President of Best Companies Group.
