GREENSPRING ADVISORS MERGES WITH $700M RIA IN PENNSYLVANIA
Towson, MD, August 16, 2022 – Greenspring Advisors is expanding its operations to Pennsylvania announcing the merger with ISI Financial Group, a Lancaster, PA-based RIA that manages more than $700 million in client assets.
Headquartered outside Baltimore, with offices in Towson, MD, and Paramus, NJ, Greenspring Advisors currently serves nearly 700 private wealth and corporate retirement clients, with just over $6 billion in AUM.

ISI will assume the Greenspring Advisors name over the coming months.
