Greenspring Advisors Announces Board of Directors
Baltimore, MD, December 1, 2021 – Greenspring Advisors, an independent, fee-only Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) that serves individuals and businesses from its offices in Maryland and New Jersey, announces the election of three new board members to its Board of Directors.
The newly elected members of the board include:
Matthew R. Cellini, AIF®,
Molly Goetz, CFP®, CDFA® and
Greg Plechner, CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®, CASL®, EA
The three new board members join the existing board chair, J Patrick Collins Jr., CFP®, EA and member, Gregory A. Hobson, CFP®, AIF®. All elected board members serve a 3-year term and are collectively responsible for providing policy-based firm governance and determining the organization’s strategic direction and purpose.
The Board welcomes these three talented individuals and recognizes that their dedication to the business and their long-standing commitment to the success of Greenspring will be a valued addition to ensuring best-interest company decisions are made.
