They will both be focused on providing retirement plan advisory and consulting services to corporate fiduciaries and plan participants.
Hobson joins the firm as a Partner and Senior Financial Advisor and is one of the top 401k advisors in the Mid-Atlantic region. In both 2015 and 2016, Greg was named to The Top Financial Times 401 Retirement Plan Advisors. The Financial Times Top 401 Retirement Plan Advisors is an independent listing produced by the Financial Times. He has been providing retirement plan consulting services to publicly traded and privately-held corporations, as well as non-profit organizations since 1994. He was previously a Senior Vice President – Financial Advisor, Institutional Consulting Group with RBC Wealth Management and earlier in his career worked in the Retirement Plan Services Department at Alex. Brown & Sons in Baltimore and Delaware Charter Guarantee & Trust Company in Wilmington.
Crosby worked closely with Hobson at RBC Wealth Management and joins the firm as a Client Service Specialist, supporting institutional clients through the client onboarding process, plan conversions, vendor management, plan reviews and quarterly reporting, providing investment advice and education to participants, and assisting with meeting minutes and operational support.
